On 2/9/17 we inspected the property following a complaint. Upon arrival to the property the tenant informed us that they had been heating the apartment with the stove for the past two months. We were also informed that the apartment was being used as a rooming house with multiple tenants renting each room. The drop ceiling in the City of Oswego City Hall 13 West Oneida Street Oswego, NY 13126 kitchen has water spots on a couple ceiling tiles and is sagging. The sofit and fascia around the entire house has peeling paint and is rotting in several areas. The paint on the home is peeling in multiple areas all around the home. The chimney on the side of the home need re pointing and to be secured to the home better. The basement has multiple electrical outlets with no cover. There is no carbon monoxide detector in the basement and the exhaust for the boiler system needs repair.
