On 2/14/18, I inspected the property to find multiple violations. Face board falling off of house. Unprotected lumber around the back door and basement window. Missing a piece of face board on back of house. Light fixture heading down to basement needs to be removed, cabinet was burnt by light bulb. Open junction boxes in basement. Wiring to light in basement needs to be put in a junction box. Wires in basement need to be put in junction box. Cover removed from boiler. Open sewer line in basement. Hot water heater was red tagged by National Grid for improper ventilation. Tenant called 911 because her carbon monoxide detector was going off, needs to be replaced.
