Outside of building has electrical wires not in approved junction boxes either fix or remove. the lumber above the sandwich shop has chipped and peeling paint and the brick behind it need to be re pointed. Inside the entrance of the bar door there is an electrical wire not in an approved junction box. No working emergency exit sign. Open junction box behind bar. Second stairwell of bar marked for emergency exit only need a lit exit sign, lights in stairwell and another emergency exit light and bottom of stairs.
