Report narrative: On 05/11/2025 at 2: 52 AM, Luke J. Viggiano was arrested for DWI regarding an incident that occurred in the City of Oswego. UTT's were filed for DWI, aggravated DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign, and failure to signal prior to one-hundred feet. Viggiano was subsequently transported uPD for breath testing, then to oPD to be fingerprinted and processed, and later transported to OCJ pending arraignment in CAP Court.
