Multiple violations. There was broken windows and missing insect screens, there were also extension cords running throughout the house, the stairs are in serious need of repair, there was multiple holes in the wall, the house and basement were filled with garbage and junk, garbage and other debris were to close to the hot water heater as well as the other mechanical equipment. Multiple ceiling tiles were falling down/broken, there were also unsafe electrical outlets, the hot water heater was leaking gases as well as water causing electrical to become exposed to water, the cover for the hot water heater was missing causing wires to be open, many missing electrical covers, there were multiple traps that were broken causing the sinks to not drain properly, the exterior of the house also had junk and other garbage throughout the property. At this time the house is unsafe and unfit for human occupancy.
