Called to the house because a small 2 pound propane tank was on fire. Noticed the electrical meters did not have any tags, called national grid, they informed us the power should be shut off, national grid came to pull the meters. At that point the building was dangerous, tenants left on their own, called landlord to board up for unsafe / dangerous living conditions.
