Code-enforcement complaint #21-1810 filed on 8/26/2021 for the property at 220 W Eighth St in Oswego, New York.

On Friday August 20 at 5 PM I was contacted by officer Wallace of the Oswego police department. I went with him to the house and found that water had come through the ceiling and damaged sheetrock and electrical. The hard wire smoke detectors had water coming out of them and were not working. The power wo the upstairs was shut off at the panel. Tenant was ask to not stay there until an electrical inspector does an inspection an the issues are resolved.
