Code-enforcement complaint #23-1775 filed on 8/28/2023 for the property at 225 W First St in Oswego, New York.

Complaint from the fire department regarding the elevator in the property of 225 W First St. They informed our office that the elevator has been broken down on multiple occasions in the past few weeks. Starting 9/1/23 we will be issuing a 100 dollar fine every day until this issue has been fixed correctly. At this time we are issuing a 75 dollar fine that will be doubled every day until this issue has been fixed correctly.
