Some electrical outlets were not working and/or tenant does not use because sparks come out. Infestation of bed bugs, owner will need to provide a licensed professional bill / letter of completion upon treatment to Code Enforcement. Ceiling tiles are buckling / deteriorating. Stove needs to be turned on with a match / lighter, pilot light does not work. Bath tub / shower area leaks.
