Myself Sgt. Nielsen and Animal Control inspected the rear apt at the residence to find roughly 15 cats. The interior of the residence is in deplorable condition. There is animal feces through out the interior garbage not properly taken care of on the interior and exterior, carpets and other flooring is is disrepair, the heat does not work properly,multiple missing smoke and CO alarms, and an infestation of flies. At this time the house is unfit for human occupancy.
