Driving by 148 W Cayuga at 1:45PM on 1/5/2021 I saw a hose coming out of the house draining water. Upon further inspection there was also sewage draining out of a pipe. Backup of sewer in basement. Numerous chairs, umbrella and junk on side of house. Concrete steps coming from back entrance is cracked and unsafe. Side of house is missing soffit and/or fascia. Basement is also unsanitary filled with feces, sewage, mattresses', junk and debris.
