On 1/19/2022 at 10:30 am I went to the property for a water meter inspection. The tenant for the home let me into the basement and let me know that it was flooded and had been like that for days. She also informed me that the water had been off for days due to broken line behind the shower. The drier that is located in that basement is vented onto the floor of the basement. there was a pile of lint the size of a basketball. There was cloths piled up all over the floor as well. Id estimate that there was 6 inches of water on the floor.
