On 7/24/19 I inspected the property to find multiple violations. half of an electrical outlet in the bathroom is covered by base trim. upstairs back kitchenette area has a gas valve that needs to be locked or a cap on it. Mice infestation. Smoke detector upstairs back room does not work. Back porch needs to be repaired or removed. unprotected lumber on the back of the house with missing siding. Multiple areas of chipped and peeling paint. Missing multiple shingles on front porch roof. open sewer line in basement. Hot water heater vent is back pitched. Multiple open junction boxes in basement.
