I inspected the property of 205 E Second St to notice that there are multiple violations. There are areas of water damage throughout the living room ceiling, There are cracks in the shower held together with tape. One of the upstairs bedroom door is off the hinge and has holes on it. There is an outlet in the living room that is touching the carpet. Outlets need to be 15 - 48 inches above the floor. The step to the shed is loose and is not code compliant.
