Numerous smoke and C02 detectors are missing. Going up the stairs to apartment, holes / deterioration in pipe. There is a door off the living room that has locks on it and not an appropriate locking system with a knob. In the closet off the living room, inadequate heating to rooms, tenants complain that it does not heat properly in winter time and exposed wires. Some outlets do not have faceplates and/or are not properly installed. Numerous areas around apartment where the floors are warped / deteriorated because as tenants clean / mop floors, the flooring is inadequate. Areas where ceiling / walls have holes and/or deterioration. Windows in back room do not have proper screens. In that same back room there is light / not adequate closure to outside. In the bathroom there is mold and separation from tub and wall / deterioration in walls.
