Code-enforcement complaint #20-0512 filed on 3/10/2020 for the property at 89 E Seventh St in Oswego, New York.

On 3/9/20 I went to the property to find that the sewer was leaking out in the front yard. Water has been shut off to the property by DPW until sewer line is fixed. The retaining wall is tipping over into the neighbors driveway and causing the corner of the front porch to sag and pull away from the home. Front porch and retaining wall need to be repaired or replaced.
