Shopping cart on property (East Van Buren Street side), toys, cups and garbage and debris around property and when looking into the window next to garage, pile of garbage, junk and debris in plastic bags (garbage overflow). Side porch / entrance on East Van Buren is in need of repair and/or deterioration (Roof in need of repair, chip and peel paint around soffit / fascia and windows and doorway). Chip and peel paint around exterior windows, soffit, fascia and walls. Driveway on East Van Buren side is in need of repair / has tire marks in mud / dirt. This parking violates 280-44(A) of the City of Oswego Zoning Code with states "All parking or loading areas shall be paved with concrete, asphalt or brick and shall be adequately drained." Still have not re-inspected upstairs apartments for violations sent on December 11th, 2020.
