Multiple code violations. There is a cinderblock wall on the W Seneca street side of house that is falling apart and/or crumbling. One window that has multiple window pane's that are broken. Both porches have roof that need to be replaced and/or shingles that are falling off. Multiple areas around window/door frames, soffit, fascia and roof line where there is deterioration and/or chip and peel paint. As a city violation, garbage cans in front of garage need to be placed on side or rear of house, cardboard boxes also near garbage cans, garbage needs to be placed in a container with a closing lid.
