I met with the owner to do a rental inspection of the property. Upon entry of the home we found garbage everywhere, all throughout the apartment. No working smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. Basement was full of garbage and human waste that has backed up into the basement. The home was found to be uninhabitable for human occupancy until brought up to code and an inspection is completed by our department.
