Texas Roadhouse has done many improvements to the building to try and eliminate the odor. They have performed many tests (Smoke test, peppermint tests, Air testing, etc.) They have replaced wax rings on toilets, eliminated a vent that was cross connected, adjusted the air system to bring positive pressure inside the building. Issues have got better but are still recurring. At this time all manhole structures need to be brought up to todays standards and have benches as well as drop legs installed in all to prevent the building up of sewage and solids in the system. The GJP grease interceptor must be repaired 100%. A full report stamped by a design professional is a must ensuring this tank is functioning as intended. Subway needs to clean their grease trap on a regular basis to insure full functionality.
