Code-enforcement complaint #17-3849 filed on 3/16/2017 for the property at 167 W Third St in Oswego, New York.

On 3/15/17 Upon follow up of a complaint i inspected the property to find multiple violations. The windows have no screens and do not properly close leaving gaps for cold air to get in. Tenant complained of a rodent infestation and possible bed bugs. Spoke with tenant on 3/16/17 she stated the landlord advised her to get new mattress. Also stated she was in contact with EHRLICH company about the infestation problem they are willing to come give a free estimate and they had been in contact with landlord previously.
