Code-enforcement complaint #17-3895 filed on 3/20/2017 for the property at 13115 179 E Second St in Oswego, New York.

On 3/20/17 upon inspection of the property i noticed multiple areas of chipped and peeling paint all over the entire perimeter of the home. Multiple windows and door frames also have chipped and peeling paint. The retaining wall in the front of the home is City of Oswego City Hall 13 West Oneida Street Oswego, NY 13126 Complaint Report cracked and tipping towards the sidewalk. Multiple areas of the sofit and fascia are rotting and have holes in them. There is missing and broken siding all around the home. The back of the home looks like it is caving in and the roof is in need of repair.
