On 3/27/17 upon follow up of a complaint I inspected the property to find multiple code violations. The chimney is chipping and peeling paint and has cracking mortar. The front porch roof 4x4 support is loose and tipping out. The concrete step going in the side door is cracked and is a tripping hazard. Multiple areas of peeling paint around windows and doors. A side window is broken. The back door entrance stairs has deteriorating block and a big chunk is missing. The back roof is missing shingles and is leaking into a light fixture in the kitchen. The foundation walls need parging in multiple areas. Multiple areas of the siding City of Oswego City Hall 13 West Oneida Street Oswego, NY 13126 Complaint Report have holes in it. The hot water heater has exposed wires in the basement. There is no water meter installed and the panel box is missing its cover. No hand rail on the stairs leading to the second story. Multiple windows in the home are allowing water to leak in.
