On 3/30/17 I was called for a property maintenance complaint. City of Oswego City Hall 13 West Oneida Street Oswego, NY 13126 Complaint Report The garage on the property has rotting wood with peeling paint. The sewer vent in the side yard was over flowing with toilet paper and water was coming out of it. The foundation is crumbling in multiple spots and one of the spots an animal has dug its way under. The basement is flooded with about a foot of water. The back door is not sealing properly. Exposed electrical wires in the heater in the downstairs bathroom. The concrete floors in the back of the house are uneven and are a tripping hazard. The electric wall mounted heater in the back room smells as if its burning when it is turned on. Ceiling tiles are hanging in the kitchen. Multiple pieces of flooring are missing throughout the home causing tripping hazards. A City of Oswego City Hall 13 West Oneida Street Oswego, NY 13126 Complaint Report large floor grate is broken in the kitchen causing a tripping hazard. Loose floor boards in the front bedroom.
