On 3/12/19 I inspected to property to find multiple violations. Front porch is deteriorating and falling apart. Unprotected lumber under front porch roof. Multiple areas of chipped and peeling paint. Railing going upstairs is broken and held together with metal brackets and screws. Multiple open junction boxes in basement. Plumbing is back pitched in basement. Foundation wall is caving in. Extension cord is running from the panel box up through the floor into laundry room on first floor. Electrical to hot water heater is exposed. No smoke or carbon monoxide detector in basement. Electrical tape wrapped around a wire in basement. GFCI in bathroom downstairs in coming off the wall. Asbestos covered heat run in laundry room has peeling asbestos. No vent trap on the drain for washing machine. Multiple blisters missing on the railing going upstairs. No carbon monoxide detector on first floor or second floor. No smoke detectors in bedrooms.
