Broken windows,colums. on the front of the house are rotting,roof is collapsing on the side of the house and leaking. the main roof also leaks and comes into multiple rooms. they have put buckets and coolers in the attic to catch the rain water. Multiple electrical boxes in the basement without covers on them and wires sticking out. Sewage drain in the basement leaking. Water backing up in bathroom sink. Water leaking through the roof City of Oswego City Hall 13 West Oneida Street Oswego, NY 13126 of the car port and running through the light. The porch on the third st side has broken railing and the foundation underneath the porch is falling over. There is also what looks like black mold in a few different places in the house. A rear door to one of the apartments will not stay closed. A closet door is hanging by one hing with drywall screws sticking out.The hole house is infested with flies.
