On 11/29/16 i inspected the property and observed a panel cover was missing missing with wires hanging out of it. I also noticed the the panel next to it had an open spot. A outlet on the ceiling was missing a cover. There City of Oswego City Hall 13 West Oneida Street Oswego, NY 13126 was no batters in the smoke detectors.Raw sewage was coming up through the vent outside and running down the driveway every time someone ran the water.
