On 10/03/16 I responded to a complaint of the rear of the building falling over. While i was there i noticed that there was several broken and boarded up windows. their is siding falling off exposing bare wood. The sofit is missing is different places allowing animals to enter the home. the yard has junk scattered all around it. Part of the rear of the building is missing and falling over with a tree holding it up. Their is also paint peeling City of Oswego City Hall 13 West Oneida Street Oswego, NY 13126 off of the windows.
