On 10/13/16 I inspected the property and noticed that their is several issues. their are several openings to the house where birds and squirrels are entering. The house also has windows missing or broken. The front door is also broken. The stairs for the front porch are flipped upside down in the front yard. The side yard hes construction debris scatted around. The foundation on the front corner on the house is starting to crumble. Also the new block on the rear of the building is coming apart. Under the rear of the house is filled junk.
