The basement is also filled with rubbish. While inspecting the lower apartment i noticed that ceiling in the kitchen was coming down do to a leak in the upper apartment. The kitchen sink only works by using the sprayer. Tenant states that its been like that for years. The floor in the kitchen is also peeling up. The door leading into the apartment is broken. The bathroom has mold all over the ceiling and the walls. The sink in the bathroom will not shut off. Their is a light fixture in the bath room that is hanging off the ceiling.
