On 12/23/16 i inspected the property do to a tenant complaint. The outside of the house has several hole in the fascia were squirrels are entering the attic. The paint is chipping and peeling all around the house. The foundation has several spots where you can see outside were the foundation has fallen in. The bricks in the chimney are crumbling and is pulling away from the house. The bath tub drain is leaking into the basement. The basement stairs are missing treads and other treads are loose. there are several open electrical boxes in the basement that have wires sticking out of them. There City of Oswego City Hall 13 West Oneida Street Oswego, NY 13126 is a light in the back room that is hanging from the box that has no cover on it. There are several spots in the upstairs ceiling were water is leaking through the ceiling tiles. The roof shingles are curling up and need to be replaced.
